FAQs, Fresh Flowers Miami
Can you deliver fresh flowers today?
Yes. Order by 5:00 PM Monday to Friday, or by 1:00 PM on Saturday, and we deliver the same day across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. The same cutoff applies to large and personalized pieces, including boxes of 100 or 200 roses and letter or number designs.
How much do fresh flower arrangements cost?
Our fresh flower collection runs from $69 to $1,700, and half of it is $320 or less. Delivery is added at checkout, $35 to $60 in Miami-Dade, $60 in Broward and $180 in Palm Beach County.
How fresh are your flowers?
Every arrangement is designed in our Doral studio the day it goes out, and our own drivers deliver it. You see the finished piece in a photo before it leaves.
How long do fresh flowers last?
It depends on the flower, the heat and the care, so we can’t promise an exact number of days. Keep them away from direct sun and heat, and if they came in a vase, change the water every two days and trim the stems a little each time. For something that lasts years, choose preserved roses.
What's the difference between fresh and preserved flowers?
Fresh flowers are cut and live for days. Preserved roses are real roses treated to keep their look for years with no water, and they can ship to other states.
Can I choose the colors?
Yes. Tell us the colors or the palette in the order notes, or send us a photo of what you have in mind, and we design around it. If a flower or a color is short that day, we tell you before we design.
Can I pick it up at your shop?
Yes. Pickup at our shop in Doral is free. Order by 4:00 PM for same-day pickup. On weekdays the last pickup turn runs until 4:45 PM, and on Saturday until 12:30 PM.
Can I send it to someone in another state?
Yes. Preserved roses and gift boxes ship to any state in 3 to 5 business days for $40. A wrapped fresh bouquet can also go by FedEx Priority Overnight for $40, shipping Tuesday to Friday with a 12:00 PM cutoff. Balloons, vases and hat boxes stay local because they can’t travel without losing their shape.
Can I add a card with a personal message?
Yes. Every arrangement includes a printed card with your message. Write it at checkout exactly as you want it to read, in any language, and we print it as is. If you prefer it handwritten, tell us in the order notes.
Do you deliver on Sunday?
Yes, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with $30 added to the delivery fee, if you order by 1:00 PM on Saturday.
What if I need it today and it's already past 5 PM?
You can still get it today. After 5:00 PM on a weekday, call or WhatsApp us at (305) 562-4900 and we will see what is still possible today. Call us at (305) 562-4900 so we can confirm it right away.
Will I see the arrangement before it's delivered?
Yes, on every order. We send you a photo of the finished arrangement before it leaves, and our driver sends another one at delivery. If you want a change, tell us when you see the first photo and we adjust it before it goes out.
