Can I send a thank you arrangement to an office or a hospital?
Yes. Offices during business hours with the company name and floor in the notes, hospitals to the room or the nurses’ station with the patient or unit name. We photograph the finished piece before it leaves and can text you the delivery confirmation.

Do you deliver on Sundays?
Yes. Order by Saturday at 1 PM for Sunday morning delivery, with an additional $30 fee on top of your zone delivery rate.

Can you deliver thank you flowers today?
Yes. Order by 5:00 PM Monday to Friday, or by 1:00 PM on Saturday, and we deliver the same day across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. The same cutoff applies to large and personalized pieces, including boxes of 100 or 200 roses and letter or number designs.
How much do thank you flowers cost?
They run from $60 to $340, and half of them are $140 or less. Delivery is added at checkout, $35 to $60 in Miami-Dade, $60 in Broward and $180 in Palm Beach County.
What flowers say thank you?
Pink roses say gratitude and admiration, and bright mixed flowers or sunflowers say it with joy. For a client or a coworker, an orchid or a small box works well on a desk.
Do you work with companies and events?

Can you add chocolates, a teddy bear or balloons?
Yes, to any arrangement, and it all arrives in one delivery. A large box of Ferrero Rocher is $45, a box of 12 macarons $50, a 10-inch teddy bear $35 and the giant 47-inch teddy bear $140. Balloons can carry a name or a message and are made the same day.
Can I add a card with a personal message?
Yes. Every arrangement includes a printed card with your message. Write it at checkout exactly as you want it to read, in any language, and we print it as is. If you prefer it handwritten, tell us in the order notes.
Do you deliver on Sunday?
Yes, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with $30 added to the delivery fee, if you order by 1:00 PM on Saturday.
What if I need it today and it's already past 5 PM?
You can still get it today. After 5:00 PM on a weekday, same-day rush delivery is $55 on top of your area's delivery fee, with the 7:00 to 11:00 PM window already included. Call us at (305) 562-4900 so we can confirm it right away.
Will I see the arrangement before it's delivered?
Yes, on every order. We send you a photo of the finished arrangement before it leaves, and our driver sends another one at delivery. If you want a change, tell us when you see the first photo and we adjust it before it goes out.
