Privacy Policy

Effective Date: April 30, 2026
Last Updated: April 30, 2026

My Divine Decors LLC (“My Divine Decors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us when you visit mydivinedecors.com (the “Website”) or place an order with our flower boutique. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have about your data.

By using our Website or placing an order, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place an order.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you place an order, create an account, contact us, or sign up for our communications, we collect:

• Identity and contact information: your full name, email address, phone number, billing address, and shipping address.
• Recipient information: the recipient’s name, delivery address, phone number, and any delivery instructions or notes you provide for the recipient (for example, hospital room numbers, funeral home chapel names, or church or synagogue names).
• Order information: the items you order, the gift card or note message you ask us to include, the delivery date and time, and any customization or design preferences.
• Payment information: your payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. We receive limited transaction details such as the last four digits of the card, the card brand, the billing zip code, and a transaction confirmation token.
• Communications: any messages you send us by email, contact form, social media, SMS, or phone.
• Marketing preferences: your subscription status for our email or text-message communications, and your opt-in or opt-out choices.

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically

When you use our Website, we and our service providers automatically collect:

• Device and browser information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, screen resolution, and language settings.
• Usage information: the pages you view, the links you click, the time and duration of your visit, the website that referred you, and search terms you use on the Website.
• Location information: approximate location derived from your IP address (city or region level only). We do not collect precise GPS location.
• Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 4 for details.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from social media platforms when you interact with our pages or click on our ads, from analytics and advertising partners, from payment processors confirming a transaction, from public sources such as a published obituary you reference when ordering funeral flowers, and from other people who place an order with us listing you as the recipient.

1.4 A Note About Recipient Information

Because we are a flower boutique, many of our orders involve a sender ordering an arrangement for a recipient who is not the sender. When you place an order, you confirm that you have the right to provide us with the recipient’s name, address, and contact information for the purpose of fulfilling the delivery. If you are a recipient and would like to know what information we hold about you or request that we delete it, please see Section 11.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process your order, design your arrangement, prepare it for delivery, and complete the delivery to the address you provide.
• Communicate with you about your order, including order confirmation, delivery confirmation, follow-up regarding delivery issues, and customer service responses.
• Coordinate with the recipient, the recipient’s residence, or the receiving venue (such as a hospital gift-services desk, a funeral home staging table, a church or synagogue office) to confirm successful delivery.
• Manage your account if you have created one.
• Send you transactional messages such as receipts, shipping notifications, and customer service replies.
• Send you marketing communications, with your consent where required by law.
• Personalize your experience on the Website.
• Analyze how visitors use the Website so we can improve product pages, the checkout flow, and overall performance.
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions, abuse of the Website, and security incidents.
• Comply with legal obligations, including tax reporting, recordkeeping, and responding to lawful requests from public authorities.
• Enforce our Terms of Service and protect our rights, property, and the safety of our customers and staff.

3.3 For Legal Reasons

We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is required or permitted to comply with applicable law, regulation, court order, subpoena, or legal process; cooperate with law enforcement or government authorities; enforce our Terms of Service; or protect the rights, property, or safety of My Divine Decors, our customers, our employees, or the public.
