Can you deliver balloon and flower gifts today?

Yes. Order by 5:00 PM Monday to Friday, or by 1:00 PM on Saturday, and we deliver the same day across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. The same cutoff applies to large and personalized pieces, including boxes of 100 or 200 roses and letter or number designs.

How much do balloon and floral decor pieces cost?

They run from $40 to room setups of several thousand dollars, and half of the collection is $220 or less. A 24-inch decorated balloon with a name is $99, and hot air balloon flower boxes start at $140. Delivery is added at checkout, $35 to $60 in Miami-Dade, $60 in Broward and $180 in Palm Beach County.

Can the balloon carry a name or a message?

Yes, the same day. We write it in white, gold, silver or black lettering, and it goes out with the delivery.

Can you decorate a room or a space with balloons and flowers?

Yes. We design and set up rooms for birthdays, anniversaries and celebrations at home, at a hotel or at an office. Tell us the date, the place and the look you want on WhatsApp at (305) 562-4900, and we confirm the design, the price and the setup time with you.

Can I bring my own balloons to fill with helium?

Yes, at our shop in Doral. Filling runs $7 for a 12-inch balloon, $10 for 18 inches, $20 for 19 to 24 inches and $30 for 30 to 40 inches, plus $5 for a weight. We fill balloons you bring but can't take responsibility if one pops or is defective.

Can you add chocolates, a teddy bear or balloons?

Yes, to any arrangement, and it all arrives in one delivery. A large box of Ferrero Rocher is $45, a box of 12 macarons $50, a 10-inch teddy bear $35 and the giant 47-inch teddy bear $140. Balloons can carry a name or a message and are made the same day.

Can I send it to someone in another state?

Yes. Preserved roses and gift boxes ship to any state in 3 to 5 business days for $40. A wrapped fresh bouquet can also go by FedEx Priority Overnight for $40, shipping Tuesday to Friday with a 12:00 PM cutoff. Balloons, vases and hat boxes stay local because they can't travel without losing their shape.

Can I add a card with a personal message?

Yes. Every arrangement includes a printed card with your message. Write it at checkout exactly as you want it to read, in any language, and we print it as is. If you prefer it handwritten, tell us in the order notes.

Do you deliver on Sunday?

Yes, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with $30 added to the delivery fee, if you order by 1:00 PM on Saturday.

What if I need it today and it's already past 5 PM?

You can still get it today. After 5:00 PM on a weekday, same-day rush delivery is $55 on top of your area's delivery fee, with the 7:00 to 11:00 PM window already included. Call us at (305) 562-4900 so we can confirm it right away.

Will I see the arrangement before it's delivered?

Yes, on every order. We send you a photo of the finished arrangement before it leaves, and our driver sends another one at delivery. If you want a change, tell us when you see the first photo and we adjust it before it goes out.
