Where do you deliver?

We deliver in Miami-Dade, Broward County, Palm Beach, and parts of the Florida Keys.

Boutique hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

On Sundays the boutique is closed, but we still deliver between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. To receive on a Sunday, place your order before 1:00 PM on Saturday. Sunday delivery carries an additional $30 fee on top of your zone rate.

On special dates that fall on a Sunday, such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, we operate as usual with no additional charge.

Yes. We ship to every state from our Miami studio, and there are two lanes.

Wrapped hand bouquets travel by FedEx Priority Overnight and arrive the next business day. Vase arrangements, hat box designs and anything with balloons are local delivery only, because they cannot be shipped without losing the shape they were built in. They leave Tuesday through Friday, and the cutoff is 12:00 PM on the day they ship. An order placed after Friday at 12:00 PM goes out the following Tuesday.

Preserved roses, teddy bears, chocolates and gift boxes ship by FedEx or UPS and usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days.

Every piece is made in our own Miami studio and shipped from here, so the arrangement you chose is the one that arrives.

Yes. Order by 4:00 PM Monday through Friday, or by 1:00 PM on Saturday, and your flowers arrive the same day across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, plus Key Largo and Islamorada. Every city in those areas is covered.

For Sunday delivery, place your order before 1:00 PM on Saturday, with an additional $30 fee on top of your zone rate.

After 4:00 PM we can still attempt same-day delivery with a $55 rush fee, in addition to your zone rate. Message us before ordering and we will confirm whether your area can be reached.

Yes. At checkout you pick a one-hour Time Slot. It is a required field, and these are the only slots available:

9:00 to 10:00 AM, 10:00 to 11:00 AM, 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 1:00 to 2:00 PM, 2:00 to 3:00 PM, 3:00 to 4:00 PM, and 4:00 to 4:45 PM.

We deliver within the slot you choose. We do not promise an exact minute, since our driver runs a route. There are no deliveries before 9:00 AM, and there is no slot between 12:00 and 1:00 PM.

After 4:45 PM we can still deliver as an exception, with an additional $30 night delivery fee on top of your zone rate. It is not offered at checkout: message us before ordering and we will confirm it.

Yes! We love weddings and small events. Currently, we offer floral design only. We do not offer event planning or coordination services. Our designs may vary slightly due to seasonal availability. By placing an order on mydivinedecors.com, you authorize us to make necessary substitutions within the selected color palette, at the designer’s discretion.

Fresh flowers are natural and perishable. Their lifespan can vary depending on care and environment. To help them last longer: Keep indoors in a cool area (65-72°F) Avoid direct sunlight, heat, or ceiling fans Add a cup of water every other day Re-cut stems at a 45° angle if necessary Remove any fading flowers or foliage For a longer-lasting option, we recommend our Preserved Roses.

Preserved Roses are real roses, picked at their peak and treated with a non-toxic preservation process, allowing them to last up to 3 years without water. Care Instructions for Preserved Roses: DO NOT water them DO NOT remove them from their box Avoid direct sunlight and extreme heat DO NOT touch or press them Note: During the preservation process, roses lose their natural scent. We add a light rose fragrance, which lasts for months. Please let us know if you are sensitive or allergic to fragrances. Our Preserved Roses come from Ecuador and Colombia.

Due to the fresh, perishable and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges and we do not issue refunds. If your order arrives damaged, wilted on arrival, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at (305) 562-4900 with your order number and photographs. Yes. My Divine Decors delivers flowers on Sundays across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, plus Key Largo and Islamorada. Sunday delivery runs from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and your order must be placed by 1:00 PM on Saturday. Most Miami florists do not deliver on Sundays, so we recommend ordering Friday or Saturday for a Sunday gift. Read how Sunday flower delivery in Miami works.

Yes. Our Miami boutique at 7276 NW 58th St is closed to walk-in visitors on Sundays, but our delivery service runs that day. Closed store hours do not mean closed deliveries: order online by 1:00 PM on Saturday and My Divine Decors delivers your flowers on Sunday between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

Sunday delivery carries an additional $30 fee on top of your zone delivery rate. My Divine Decors quotes the full amount up front, so you see the total before you pay rather than discovering an extra charge at checkout.

No. My Divine Decors uses one cutoff for every local delivery area: 4:00 PM Monday through Friday and 1:00 PM on Saturday. Aventura, Sunny Isles, Hallandale Beach, Bal Harbour, Doral, Brickell, Coral Gables, Miami Beach and Kendall all share the same deadline. There is no earlier cutoff for farther neighborhoods.

Orders placed by 1:00 PM on Saturday are delivered that same Saturday in Miami. After 1:00 PM on Saturday, the next available delivery is Sunday between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM with the $30 Sunday fee, or Monday at no extra charge. My Divine Decors delivers with its own drivers, so the schedule does not depend on a courier app.

Yes, but only food-safe, pesticide-free blooms should touch a cake, and never lilies, daffodils, hydrangeas or baby’s breath directly on the frosting. Tell us the cake size and the color palette and we prepare wired, sealed stems for your baker, the same way we do for wedding flowers.
