Questions about I love you flowers
Can you deliver I love you flowers the same day?
Yes. Order by 5:00 PM Monday to Friday, or by 1:00 PM on Saturday, and we deliver the same day across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. The same cutoff applies to the large and custom pieces, including the boxes of 100 or 200 roses and the designs with a letter or a number.
How much do I love you flowers cost?
They run from $150 to $800, and half of them are $270 or less. Delivery is added at checkout, $35 to $60 in Miami-Dade, $60 in Broward and $180 in Palm Beach County.
Which flowers say I love you?
Red roses say it most clearly, and the number adds meaning: 12 is the classic, 50 or 100 the grand gesture. Pink roses feel softer and more tender.
What does each rose color mean?
Red says love and passion, white respect, new beginnings and remembrance, pink admiration and gratitude, yellow friendship and joy, lavender enchantment and orange enthusiasm. If you are not sure, mixed pastels work for almost any occasion.
Can you set up the surprise at a restaurant or a hotel?
Yes. Give us the person's name, the restaurant or hotel and the time of the reservation, and we coordinate with them so the arrangement is there before that time.
Can you add chocolates, a teddy bear or balloons?
Yes, to any arrangement, and everything arrives in one delivery. A large box of Ferrero Rocher is $45, a box of 12 macarons $50, a 10 inch teddy bear $35 and the giant 47 inch teddy bear $180. Balloons can carry a name or a message and are made the same day.
Can you include a bottle of champagne or wine?
We do not sell alcohol. Some of our designs already include a bottle as part of the gift, like the giant 47" teddy bear with a box of chocolates, roses and a bottle. If you want to add your own bottle, you can bring it or send it to us when you order one of our arrangements, and our 10% fee applies.
Can I send it to someone in another state?
Yes. Preserved roses and gift boxes ship to any state in 3 to 5 business days, with $40 shipping. A wrapped bouquet of fresh flowers can also go by FedEx Priority Overnight for $40, shipping Tuesday to Friday with a 12:00 PM cutoff. Balloons, vases and hat boxes are local delivery only, because they do not travel without losing their shape.
Can I add a card with my message?
Yes. Every arrangement comes with a printed card with your message. Write it at checkout exactly as you want it to read, in any language, and we print it the same way. If you prefer it handwritten, tell us in the order notes.
What if I need it today and it is already past 5 PM?
Call us or message us on WhatsApp at (305) 562-4900. After 5:00 PM on weekdays we check what is still possible today.
Do I see the arrangement before it is delivered?
Yes, on every order. We send you a photo of the finished arrangement before it leaves, and our driver sends another one at delivery. If you want any change, say so when you see the first photo and we adjust it before it leaves.
