What can you ship to another state?

Two kinds of gifts. Preserved roses, gift boxes and silk arrangements ship in 3 to 5 business days, and wrapped fresh bouquets go by FedEx Priority Overnight and arrive the next business day. Both cost $40 to ship.

When do fresh bouquets ship?

Tuesday to Friday, with a 12:00 PM cutoff on the day they ship, so an order placed after Friday at 12:00 PM ships the following Tuesday. They arrive the next business day.

What can't be shipped?

Balloons, vases, hat boxes and baskets stay local, because they can't travel by parcel without losing the shape they were designed with.

How much do nationwide gifts cost?

They run from $40 to $950, and half of them are $200 or less. Shipping is a flat $40 to any state.

How do I track my package?

Nationwide parcels travel with FedEx or UPS, and you receive the carrier's tracking to follow the package.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Send us photos of the packaging and the arrangement within 24 hours of delivery, with your order number. We review your report with the carrier's information and either replace the order or refund it.

Can I add a card with a personal message?

Yes. Every arrangement includes a printed card with your message. Write it at checkout exactly as you want it to read, in any language, and we print it as is. If you prefer it handwritten, tell us in the order notes.
