Questions about small gifts

Can you deliver small gifts today?

Yes. Order by 5:00 PM Monday to Friday, or by 1:00 PM on Saturday, and we deliver the same day across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. The same cutoff applies to large and personalized pieces, including boxes of 100 or 200 roses and letter or number designs.

How much are your small gifts?

Our small gifts run from $30 to $100, and half of them are $80 or less, from mini flower boxes to chocolates and small bouquets. Delivery is added at checkout, $35 to $60 in Miami-Dade, $60 in Broward and $180 in Palm Beach County.

Who are small gifts good for?

A teacher, a coworker, a neighbor, a thank you or a get well soon. They're also the easy way to add a second gift to a larger arrangement in the same delivery.

Can I choose the colors?

Yes. Tell us the colors or the palette in the order notes, or send us a photo of what you have in mind, and we design around it. If a flower or a color is short that day, we tell you before we design.

Can I pick it up at your shop?

Yes. Pickup at our shop in Doral is free. Order by 4:00 PM for same-day pickup. On weekdays the last pickup turn runs until 4:45 PM, and on Saturday until 12:30 PM.

Can I add a card with a personal message?

Yes. Every arrangement includes a printed card with your message. Write it at checkout exactly as you want it to read, in any language, and we print it as is. If you prefer it handwritten, tell us in the order notes.

Do you deliver on Sunday?

Yes, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with $30 added to the delivery fee, if you order by 1:00 PM on Saturday.

What if I need it today and it's already past 5 PM?

You can still get it today. After 5:00 PM on a weekday, same-day rush delivery is $55 on top of your area's delivery fee, with the 7:00 to 11:00 PM window already included. Call us at (305) 562-4900 so we can confirm it right away.

Will I see the arrangement before it's delivered?

Yes, on every order. We send you a photo of the finished arrangement before it leaves, and our driver sends another one at delivery. If you want a change, tell us when you see the first photo and we adjust it before it goes out.
