There are twelve seats and each one holds a place at the table, so a reservation is a commitment on both sides. Here is how payment works and what happens if something changes.

How you pay

You can pay the course in full when you book, or hold your seat with a deposit and pay the balance one week before the class. On the full payment, PayPal can split it into monthly payments and decides on the spot, so your seat is confirmed the same day.

If you cannot make it

14 days or more before the classWe refund everything you have paid, no questions and no fee. There is still time to offer your seat to someone else.
Between 13 and 7 days beforeYou get credit for the full amount, good for the next group class or for a private class. Nothing is lost, only the date changes.
Less than 7 days beforeNo refund and no credit. By then your flowers have been bought and that purchase cannot be undone. It is also why this class can run with twelve people instead of thirty.

You can pass your seat on

Up to 48 hours before, at no cost. Just send us the name of whoever takes your place.

If we cancel

If for something on our side, or a weather emergency, the class does not happen on the planned date, you choose: full refund or move to the new date. No conditions.
