When a corporate gift arrives, you are not in the room. Your name is on it, the recipient is a client you spent two years earning, and you find out how it went from a thank-you note that either comes or does not. That gap is the whole job. Everything below exists to close it.

Your brand goes on it, not ours

If your company has its own card, that is the card that goes in. We do not sign the piece, we do not slip in our own note, and nothing on the arrangement says My Divine Decors unless you ask for it. Several of the brands we produce for send us their stationery and their ribbon, and the recipient never learns who built it. That is the point.

The card is printed from your text, exactly as you send it

You send the message ready to copy and paste, and it goes to print untouched. Nobody retypes it, so nobody misspells a client’s surname, and it comes out right in Portuguese, French or Hebrew the same as in English. Long messages fit. If you want it written by hand instead, we do that too, it is simply not the default, because a printed card is the one that never carries a typo with your logo above it.

You see it before it leaves the studio

Every piece is photographed when it is finished, from our Google business profile, so the image carries the studio location and the time it was taken. We send it to you and nothing goes out until you say yes. If something needs to change, it changes before the van is loaded, not after your client has already seen it. At the door the driver photographs it again, geotagged. Our profile holds more than six thousand of those photographs.

Our drivers, not a courier app

They are our employees, in uniform, in our own vehicles, carrying a professional floral transport system so nothing arrives leaning. They wait up to fifteen minutes for the recipient. If nobody comes, we ask you before we leave anything at a door, and we will come back. A third-party courier cannot do any of that, because a third-party courier is not accountable to you, and the driver at the door is the only part of this your client actually sees.

Divine Bags, when it is a list and not one gift

A Divine Bag is our signature corporate gift, a branded bag built around fresh mini roses or preserved roses, finished with balloons, chocolates or custom details. Designed in our Doral studio, produced at volume in-house, delivered chilled in our refrigerated van.

Holiday corporate gifts in Miami

December is when most of our corporate gifting leaves the studio, and the season closes earlier than people expect. Our last deliveries of the year go out on December 23, because the studio is closed from December 24 through January 3. Lists that reach us in September or October get the best delivery days, and lists that arrive in December get what is left.

For one client or a short list, our Christmas collection has designs ready to go, from a holiday centerpiece at $99 to hat boxes of 48 to 55 roses with pine and ornaments at $280 to $300. Boxes of forever roses that last one to three years can also ship to clients in other states, arriving in 3 to 5 days.

Standing orders, served the same way every time

Reception desks, lobbies and restaurant tables do not want a surprise, they want the same piece on the same day. We keep the specification on file and reproduce it, week after week, without asking you to describe it again. If the arrangement is a gift for a person rather than a place, we do the opposite and tell you when you are about to repeat yourself, so nobody receives the same thing twice.

Send us the piece and we will build around it

If you have bottles, a boxed product, a plush, or anything else the gift needs to include, ship it to the studio and we integrate it. If you want something we do not carry, we will source it for you and add it to the quote. Clients ask for stranger things than you would expect, and the answer is almost always yes.
