What flowers do you need for a quinceañera?

A complete quinceañera typically needs the quinceañera’s own bouquet, centerpieces for the guest tables, the head table arrangement, an entrance or photo-backdrop piece, and optional flowers for the court, the cake, and the last doll ceremony. Most families start with the bouquet and the centerpieces and build from there.

The quinceañera’s bouquet

It appears in every photo that will matter for the next fifty years, so it earns real design attention, with roses and spray roses for fullness, ranunculus for detail, or orchids for a modern look, matched exactly to the dress color. If the celebration includes the bouquet toss or the church presentation, we build it to survive the whole day beautifully.

Centerpieces and the head table

Centerpieces set the photography of the entire room. We design them around your theme and palette, from classic blush and gold to hot pink, lavender, or butterfly themes, and we scale the head table piece so the quinceañera’s seat reads as the center of the room. Centerpiece pricing starts around $150 per table.

Arches, backdrops and the entrance

The photo corner is where half the party spends the night. Floral arches, balloon-and-flower combinations, and entrance pieces with her name are all built in our Doral studio and installed by our own team, the same white glove crew that handles our event floral services and corporate work.

How far in advance should you book quinceañera flowers?

The quinceañera’s bouquet can be ordered the same day, by 5:00 PM on a weekday or 1:00 PM on Saturday. For a full production with centerpieces, arches and setup at the venue, write to us as soon as you have the date. Six to eight weeks ahead is ideal, especially for spring and December dates when Miami venues stack up. The consultation happens in our showroom, with calm and with coffee, and yes, the whole family can come.

Quinceañera flower questions

Can I order the quinceañera’s bouquet the same day? Yes. Order by 5:00 PM Monday to Friday, or by 1:00 PM on Saturday, and we make it and deliver it the same day, matched to a photo of her dress.

How far ahead should we book the full setup? For centerpieces, arches, the backdrop and the setup at the venue, write to us as soon as you have the date. Six to eight weeks ahead is ideal, especially for spring and December dates. If the party is close, ask anyway.

How much are quinceañera centerpieces? Quinceañera centerpieces start around $150 per table. For a smaller party, our small event arrangements start at $60, with a minimum of 4.

Do you make keepsakes for the guests? Yes. A mini preserved rose in an acrylic box is $50 per guest, and personalizing it with her name and the date adds $20. It lasts a year or more without water.

Can the flowers match her dress? Yes. Send us a photo of the dress with your inquiry or on WhatsApp at (305) 562-4900, and we design the bouquet, the head table and the centerpieces in one palette so the photos look like one party.

Do you set up the flowers at the venue? Yes. Our own team delivers and installs everything at the venue, and you get photos of the pieces before the event. We are fully insured, and the venue receives its COI.

How much is delivery to the venue? Event delivery Monday to Saturday is $35 in Doral, $50 in Miami and $60 in Broward, Brickell, Homestead and the beaches. Sunday or evening deliveries add $60. Setup for a full production is part of the quote we send you.

Do you make corsages and boutonnieres for the court? Yes. We make matching corsages and boutonnieres for the court and the chambelanes, in the same colors as her bouquet.
