White glove flower delivery means the arrangement is transported secured and upright in a florist’s own vehicle, carried by a trained, uniformed team member, and placed directly in the recipient’s hands, with photo confirmation of the finished piece before it leaves and proof of delivery when it arrives.

At My Divine Decors, that is not a premium add-on. It is the only way we deliver, from a single rose to our grand arrangements of up to 1,500 roses.

Our own team, from the first stem to the last mile

Design, production, and delivery all happen in-house. No contractors, no gig apps, no generic couriers: our own drivers are trained to handle arrangements and situations to perfection, because a peony that traveled on a passenger seat next to a takeout bag is not the piece our designer spent 40 minutes building.

And the cold chain rides with us: our fleet includes a refrigerated van, so in the middle of a Miami August your flowers travel chilled from our cooler to your door. That is the difference between a bouquet that lasts the week and one that arrives cooked. For large event productions, the trailers are driven by Nelson himself, who holds a CDL Class A with full endorsements: we rent the steel when needed, never the driver.

You will recognize us when we arrive: branded vehicles, uniformed team. In a Brickell condo lobby or a Miami Beach office, that presence matters, both for elegance and for the practical reason that front desks let us through.

You see your arrangement before it ships

Before your order leaves the studio, we photograph your actual arrangement, not the catalog picture, and send it to you. You get confirmations at every stage, and when the piece is delivered, you receive the delivery photo. As one of our clients put it in a review: “you see it with your own eyes, not because we say so.”

What happens if nobody is home?

Our driver waits. If a courier app gives it five minutes and leaves your flowers in the sun, we consider that a failed delivery, so we do it differently: prolonged wait when the recipient is reachable, and a rescheduled redelivery at no drama if the moment truly cannot happen. The flowers are ours until they are in the right hands.

Can I change the delivery address after ordering?

Yes, live. If she left the office early or the birthday moved to a restaurant, message us and our driver reroutes in real time. That flexibility is only possible because the fleet is ours.

  • Sundays: yes, with a dedicated route ($30 surcharge). Sunday flower delivery in Miami.
  • Rush and evening: rush delivery $55, evening delivery $30.

Deliveries most florists cannot make

Our team holds TWIC credentials (the federal Transportation Worker Identification Credential), which grants access to customs areas and cruise terminals at the Port of Miami. It is why cruise lines trust us with their events, and why “flowers delivered to a cruise ship” is a request we can actually say yes to: cruise florist services.
