On a private flight, the best details are the ones already done

Nobody boarding a private jet sees the fuel order, the catering run or the crew walking the cabin. They only notice that everything was ready. Flowers belong on that same list. When the door opens and the stairs come down, the cabin has already said who planned the trip, and how much it mattered.

That is why the piece has to be right before wheels up. At 40,000 feet there is no florist to go back to.

How we thought this one through

This set went up the airstairs of a private jet in South Florida. So we built it like this.

A full basket of red roses at the bulkhead, so it is the first thing seen when the door opens. Roses still closed, so they keep opening during the flight and after landing. Single stems in clear glass along the aisle, so the walk to the seat already says it.

The flight lasts a few hours. What they saw when they boarded stays much longer.

The same set in our Doral studio, before it went to the hangar: a basket for the bulkhead, a vase for the table and single stems for the aisle.

What we need from you, and what we take care of

  1. The airport, the FBO, the tail number and the departure time. That is all we need to start.
  2. We design it in our studio at 7276 NW 58th St in Doral, a few miles from the private terminals at Miami International.
  3. Our own driver takes it to the FBO and leaves it at the front desk under the tail number, which is how FBOs receive what goes on board. When the operator and crew allow it, we set it up inside the cabin.
  4. You receive a photo once it is there.

Questions about flowers for private jets

Can you deliver flowers to a private jet at Miami International?

Yes. We deliver to the FBOs on NW 36th Street at Miami International, and to the private terminals at Opa-locka, Miami Executive, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and Palm Beach. Our driver leaves the piece at the FBO front desk under the tail number, or sets it up in the cabin when the operator and crew allow it.

How much do private jet flowers cost in Miami?

A clear vase of white flowers starts at $160, a medium flower box at $180, 100 red roses in a vase at $480, and the woven basket in these photos goes from $500 with 75 roses to $1,000 with 200. Delivery is $35 to the private terminals at Miami International, $50 to Opa-locka and Miami Executive, $60 to Fort Lauderdale and $180 to Boca Raton and Palm Beach.

Can you have flowers ready for an early or a Sunday departure?

Same-day orders close at 5:00 PM Monday to Friday and 1:00 PM on Saturday. On Sunday we deliver from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM if you order before 1:00 PM on Saturday, with a $30 Sunday surcharge. For a departure before we open, call us at (305) 562-4900 and we will look at it together.

Can you use rose petals and candles on board?

Loose petals go in only if the crew agrees, because they end up in the carpet and the seat tracks. Operators do not allow open flames in the cabin, so when a proposal or an anniversary calls for candlelight, battery candles are the usual choice.

Do you work with flight crews and FBO staff?

Yes. Crews and FBO staff order from us for the aircraft they fly, and we deliver to the front desk under the tail number they give us. Call (305) 562-4900 or write to [email protected] with the airport, the FBO, the tail number and the time.
