Returns and Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Because our products are fresh, perishable and made to order, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds once an order has been prepared or dispatched.

This does not affect your rights where an order arrives damaged, is delivered incorrectly, or is not delivered at all. Those situations are covered below.

Fresh Flowers Are Perishable

Fresh flowers are fresh-cut and perishable. They have a life of their own, and we cannot guarantee how long any arrangement will last. Vase life depends on temperature, handling and care after delivery. For longer-lasting arrangements we recommend our Preserved Roses collection.

Substitutions

Substitutions may be necessary based on season, flower availability, or other circumstances outside our control. By placing an order you authorise substitutions within the same colour palette and of equal or greater value. Necessary substitutions are made at the designer’s discretion.

If Something Is Wrong With Your Order

If your order arrives damaged, wilted on arrival, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at (305) 562-4900 by call, text or WhatsApp.

If your order was not delivered at all, contact us as soon as possible with your order number; no photographs are needed.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the arrangement as it was received
• A short description of the problem

We review every report individually. Where we are at fault, we will arrange a replacement delivery at no additional charge. We do not issue refunds, with one exception: a nationwide parcel damaged in transit, which we replace or refund after reviewing your photographs and the carrier’s information. Reports made more than 24 hours after delivery cannot be assessed, because fresh flowers deteriorate naturally over time.

Delivery

Orders placed before 5:00 PM on weekdays, or 1:00 PM on Saturday, are arranged for same-day delivery within our local service area; the weekday 7:00 to 11:00 PM window can be booked until 5:00 PM. Nationwide shipping: fresh wrapped bouquets ship with FedEx for next business day delivery, leaving Tuesday through Friday with a 12:00 PM cutoff. Preserved roses and non-perishable items ship by FedEx or UPS and usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Vase arrangements, hat box designs and balloons are local delivery only.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a valid contact number for the recipient.

• Incorrect address supplied by the customer. If a delivery fails because the address given was wrong or incomplete, the order is treated as delivered. A redelivery can be arranged at the same delivery rate paid on the original order.
• Recipient not available. Where it is safe and permitted, we may leave the arrangement at the door or with a receptionist, doorman or neighbour, and this counts as a completed delivery. If it cannot be left safely, we will contact you to arrange next steps.
• Business, hospital or venue deliveries. These are subject to the recipient location’s own access rules and delivery hours.

Changes and Cancellations

Before your arrangement is prepared, you can change or cancel your order: call, text or WhatsApp (305) 562-4900 as soon as possible. Once your arrangement is made, we send you a photo for approval before it leaves the studio. At that stage you can ask for adjustments, which we review with you before dispatch; a change of size or price is quoted before we make it. If we do not hear back within 15 minutes, the arrangement is treated as approved and dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be changed or cancelled, and all sales are final. Adjustments at the photo stage do not change the cancellation or refund terms above.

Orders Shipped Nationwide

Orders shipped outside our local delivery area travel with FedEx or UPS. If your parcel arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of both the packaging and the arrangement. We review the report with the carrier’s information and either replace the order or refund it.
