Premio Lo Nuestro 2026 Event Florals, Six Orders in Three Days for TelevisaUnivision
TelevisaUnivision’s events team sent us a floral brief for Premio Lo Nuestro week on January 28, 2026, and 21 days later we had delivered six orders to four Miami venues in three days, from the Four Seasons Brickell on February 17 to Kaseya Center on February 19. The brief changed four times after our first estimate, and every piece arrived on time.
| Client | TelevisaUnivision, events team, for its brand partners T-Mobile and Celsius |
| Event | Premio Lo Nuestro 2026 awards week, Miami |
| Service | Branded event florals, palm decor and hotel arrangements, delivered to each venue |
| Dates | Brief January 28, 2026, deliveries February 17, 18 and 19 |
| Where | Four Seasons Hotel Miami in Brickell, Gale Hotel in Downtown Miami, MAD Club in Wynwood and Kaseya Center |
The brief
The request came through a referral. TelevisaUnivision acts like an agency for its sponsors, so one brief covered several brands and rooms, each with its own colors.
- Bresh Welcome Party, February 18, MAD Club Wynwood. T-Mobile colors on a mirror and disco ball base, a “rave vibe” in the client’s words. Two large arrangements for the bar and three small ones for the coffee tables.
- Club Magenta, February 19, Kaseya Center. 80% magenta, 10% gold and 10% white. One long bar piece, four medium pieces for check-in and the activation, three small pieces for high-top tables, and eight palm trees, four at 8 feet and four at 4 feet.
- Celsius activation, February 19, Kaseya Center. Four palm trees, two at 8 feet and two at 4 feet.
- War Room, February 19, Kaseya Center. Five small arrangements in T-Mobile colors.
- Client Suite 601, February 19, Kaseya Center, added the next day. Ten small arrangements in pink and orange, in gold vases.
What made it hard
- Three weeks, and a moving target. After our estimate, the Bresh party order grew on February 2 and was revised again on February 9, one order was cancelled on February 4, and a new hotel order arrived on February 5.
- An arena during a televised awards week. Kaseya Center needed the names of everyone delivering and the vehicles in advance, then issued a crew QR code to show every day, day passes at check-in, and access through the loading dock.
- Corporate vendor onboarding. Before any payment, we had to complete a code of conduct, W-9, insurance certificate, banking forms and a conflict of interest statement.
- Brand colors, not flower colors. Every room was specified in T-Mobile magenta or a set palette, so the flowers had to match a brand, not a season.
What we did
- Answered in a day and billed by event. Jessica Nuรฑez, our co-founder and lead designer, sent the estimate the next day and split it into one invoice per event, so each sponsor’s order could be approved on its own.
- Redesigned instead of cancelling. When the War Room order was dropped on February 4, the client asked to turn the same design into four small magenta arrangements for the Four Seasons Brickell on February 17, and we confirmed it the same day.
- Worked from a picture. For the Gale Hotel, the client sent one reference image on February 5, and we made 30 bud vases to match it, with the invoice out in under an hour.
- Built the bar pieces on floral plates so they sat low and steady on busy bars.
- Consolidated Kaseya Center into one delivery. All four arena orders went in a single 12 PM drop on February 19, led by Nelson Ramirez, our co-founder who runs operations, with a larger van. A second driver covered MAD Club on February 18.

TelevisaUnivision came back. In August 2026 the same team ordered bar arrangements for a Coca-Cola activation at Vivo! Plaza in Dolphin Mall, delivered on August 31. The client asked for a shorter, fuller base so guests would not knock them over, and after seeing both options chose the taller vase.
What did not go to plan
- Our W-9 came back twice. The first copy was missing the LLC type and the second was not a PDF. We fixed it on February 10, and onboarding moved on.
- Every invoice had to be reissued. On February 10 the client sent its tax exemption form, and we re-sent every invoice without tax the next day.
- One order was cancelled and another changed shape. Neither hurt the event, but it meant re-planning the flower order and the delivery routes twice in the last two weeks.
How we measured
Every date, quantity and venue on this page comes from our own records of the job, meaning the client’s brief of January 28, 2026, the change requests of February 2, 4, 5 and 9, the vendor onboarding correspondence, the arena crew access email of February 14 and our invoices. On-time delivery is from our own delivery records. We do not publish prices or the client’s internal details.
