Every ship has its own process, and we adapt

There is no single procedure. Some ships receive deliveries at their customs checkpoint, and others send a crew member out to the port security gate. Our founders, Jessica and Nelson, each hold a TWIC card, the federal credential for secure port areas, so we can go through to the ship’s customs checkpoint when the process calls for it, or meet the crew at the gate when that is the plan. We adapt to each ship, on any cruise line.
