Frequently Asked Questions
Where do you deliver flowers?
We deliver across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, plus Key Largo and Islamorada in the Florida Keys, with our own drivers. Outside that area we ship to every state, see the next question.
What are your flower shop hours?
Three schedules run side by side, and they are not the same. The shop at 7276 NW 58th St welcomes walk-in visitors Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and it is closed on Sunday.
Delivery to an address runs on its own windows, including Sunday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, so on Sunday a closed shop does not mean a closed route. Pickup has its own turns, only on days the shop is open. Online orders come in 24 hours a day, and what changes is the first window we can offer you.
Can I send flowers out of state?
Yes. We ship to every state from our Miami studio, on a schedule of its own that does not follow our local delivery windows. Wrapped hand bouquets travel by FedEx Priority Overnight and arrive the next business day. They leave Tuesday through Friday with a 12:00 PM cutoff on the day they ship, so an order placed after Friday at 12:00 PM goes out the following Tuesday. Shipping is $40. Vase arrangements, hat box designs and anything with balloons are local delivery only, because they cannot travel without losing the shape they were built in.
Preserved roses, teddy bears, chocolates and gift boxes ship by FedEx or UPS and usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days, also for $40. Carrier shipments have no delivery windows, the checkout calendar does not offer Sunday for them and the dates we do not ship appear blocked. You receive the carrier tracking once the parcel leaves. Every piece is made in our own Miami studio and shipped from here, so the arrangement you chose is the one that arrives.
Do you offer same day flower delivery in Miami?
Yes. Order by 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, or by 1:00 PM on Saturday, and your flowers arrive the same day across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, plus Key Largo and Islamorada. Every city in those areas shares the same cutoff. At checkout you choose the delivery window, and for today the list shows only the windows that have not started yet. Monday to Friday, the 7:00 to 11:00 PM window can be booked until 5:00 PM as a normal window with its $30, so a weekday order placed at 4:00 PM still arrives tonight.
For Sunday delivery, place your order before 1:00 PM on Saturday, with an additional $30 on top of your zone rate. Anything that does not fit an open window is a rush. Message us before ordering and, if we can reach your area, it carries a $55 rush fee plus your zone rate. The $55 already includes the evening window, so the $30 is never added on top.
Why can I order same day flowers until 5 PM when most Miami florists close earlier?
Because every arrangement is made in our own Doral studio and delivered by our own drivers. We do not pass your order to a national network or book an outside courier, so we can keep taking same-day orders later in the day.
Most Miami florists stop taking same-day orders by early afternoon. With us you have until 5:00 PM Monday to Friday, and until 1:00 PM on Saturday, and the flowers still arrive today.
What does a 5 PM cutoff look like in real life?
It means the day is not over at lunchtime. Some real examples.
- Tuesday, 3:30 PM. You remember it is your mother’s birthday. You order from your phone and the arrangement reaches her door today.
- Thursday, 4:15 PM. A friend just had her baby. The flowers still go to the hospital today.
- Friday, 4:45 PM. You want to say sorry before the weekend. You still have fifteen minutes, and it arrives today.
- If the person only gets home at night, choose the 7:00 to 11:00 PM window at checkout, for $30 on top of your zone rate.
If I order late in the day, is my arrangement rushed?
No. Every piece is built to order in our studio with the same care at 10:00 AM or at 4:30 PM. A later cutoff does not mean less time on your flowers, it means more time for you to decide.
And if you miss 5:00 PM on a weekday, same-day delivery can still be arranged by message as a rush, for $55 on top of your zone rate, with the evening window already included, subject to route confirmation.
Can I choose a delivery time?
Yes, within a window. At checkout the delivery date and the delivery window are required, and the window is a block of hours rather than a one-hour appointment. Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, 3:00 to 7:00 PM or 7:00 to 11:00 PM. Saturday 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 12:00 to 2:00 PM or 3:00 to 7:00 PM. Sunday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
We deliver inside the block you choose and we do not promise an exact minute, since our driver runs a route. For a same-day order the list shows only the windows still ahead of you. Three windows add $30 to your zone rate, and checkout adds it for you before you pay, the weekday 7:00 to 11:00 PM window, Saturday 3:00 to 7:00 PM and Sunday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
How can I check the status of my order?
Call, text or WhatsApp us at 305-562-4900, email [email protected] or send a DM on Instagram to @mydivinedecors.
Do you do flowers for weddings or events?
Yes. We design the flowers for weddings and small events, and coordinating the event is part of our floral installation. We handle the setup on site, pick up what the design needs and make sure every piece is where it belongs on the day. What we are not is a standalone event planner, so we do not take on planning or coordination as a separate service without the floral design. To tell us about your event, email [email protected] with the details. You can see our past work on Instagram at @divinedecorsevents and @mydivinedecors.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle and Cash App.
Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo?
Our designs may vary slightly with seasonal availability. By placing an order on mydivinedecors.com, you authorize us to make necessary substitutions within the color palette you chose, at the designer’s discretion. Before it leaves, we send you a photo of the finished arrangement to approve.
How long do fresh flowers last?
Fresh flowers are natural and perishable, and how long they last depends on care and environment. To help them last longer, keep them indoors in a cool spot between 65 and 72°F, away from direct sun, heat and ceiling fans. Add a cup of water every other day, re-cut the stems at an angle if needed and remove any fading flowers or leaves. For something that lasts far longer, we recommend our preserved roses.
What are preserved roses?
Preserved roses are real roses, picked at their peak and treated with a non-toxic preservation process that lets them last 1 to 3 years without water. To care for them, do not water them, do not take them out of their box, do not touch or press them and keep them away from direct sun and heat. During preservation the roses lose their natural scent, so we add a light rose fragrance that lasts for months. If you are sensitive or allergic to fragrances, let us know. Our preserved roses come from Ecuador and Colombia.
What is your return and refund policy?
Because our products are fresh, perishable and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges and we do not issue refunds. If your order arrives damaged, wilted or is not what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at (305) 562-4900 with your order number and photos. Where we are at fault, we arrange a replacement delivery at no extra charge. The one exception is a nationwide parcel damaged in transit. With your photos and the carrier’s information we either replace the order or refund it. Full details are in our returns and refunds policy.
Do you deliver flowers on Sundays in Miami?
Yes. My Divine Decors delivers flowers on Sundays across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, plus Key Largo and Islamorada. Sunday delivery runs from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and your order must be placed by 1:00 PM on Saturday. Most Miami florists do not deliver on Sundays, so we recommend ordering Friday or Saturday for a Sunday gift. Read how Sunday flower delivery in Miami works.
Your shop is closed on Sundays. Can I still get a Sunday delivery?
Yes. Our Miami shop at 7276 NW 58th St is closed to walk-in visitors on Sundays, but our delivery service runs that day. Order online by 1:00 PM on Saturday and My Divine Decors delivers your flowers on Sunday between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
How much does Sunday flower delivery cost in Miami?
Sunday delivery carries an additional $30 fee on top of your zone delivery rate. My Divine Decors quotes the full amount up front, so you see the total before you pay rather than discovering an extra charge at checkout.
Is the same day cutoff different for Aventura, Sunny Isles or Hallandale?
No. My Divine Decors uses one cutoff for every local delivery area, 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and 1:00 PM on Saturday. Aventura, Sunny Isles, Hallandale Beach, Bal Harbour, Doral, Brickell, Coral Gables, Miami Beach and Kendall all share the same deadline. There is no earlier cutoff for farther neighborhoods.
If I order on Saturday afternoon, when will my flowers arrive?
Orders placed by 1:00 PM on Saturday are delivered that same Saturday in Miami. After 1:00 PM on Saturday, the next available delivery is Sunday between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM with the $30 Sunday fee, or Monday at no extra charge. My Divine Decors delivers with its own drivers, so the schedule does not depend on a courier app.
How much does an arrangement from My Divine Decors cost?
Our mini signature boxes start at $30. Most hand bouquets, hat boxes and vase arrangements run between $99 and $600, and large statement pieces go higher. Every piece is designed by hand in our Doral studio. For real market numbers, read our Miami flower price guide.
Why does it cost more to send flowers than other gifts?
Because an arrangement is made by hand the same day you order, travels refrigerated in our own vehicles and has hours, not days, to arrive looking like the photo. You are paying for design, freshness and a driver who waits for the door to open. The full breakdown is in our price guide.
Can you decorate a cake with flowers?
Yes, but only food-safe, pesticide-free blooms should touch a cake, and never lilies, daffodils, hydrangeas or baby’s breath directly on the frosting. Tell us the cake size and the color palette and we prepare wired, sealed stems for your baker, the same way we do for wedding flowers.
How many roses should I give?
One says you are the one. Three say I love you. Seven say I am falling for you. Eleven say you are my favorite person. Twelve say be mine. Fifty or one hundred make the statement of a lifetime. See our rose arrangements, from a single rose in a box to 100 roses in a signature dome.
Do I see my arrangement before it is delivered?
Yes, always, and you do not have to ask for it because we do it on every order. When your arrangement is finished we photograph it in the studio with our own phones and send it to you by text message, WhatsApp or email, or on the channel you used to reach us. If you would like any change, tell us at that moment, and we adjust the piece before it goes out and send you a new photo.
If we do not hear back within 15 minutes, we take the arrangement as approved and send it out, so your delivery window holds.
What if I want something changed after I see the photo?
That is exactly why we send it. Tell us what you would like different and we adjust the piece before it goes out, then send you a new photo. If the change moves the arrangement to a different size or price, we tell you the difference before we touch it.
How do I know my flowers were delivered?
For local deliveries, our driver photographs the arrangement again at the delivery address with a company device, and that photo goes to you as well, so the record of your order does not rest on our word. Nationwide parcels travel with FedEx or UPS, and you receive the carrier tracking to follow the parcel. The photo at the door is part of local delivery only.
Is the pickup schedule the same as the delivery schedule?
No, and this is the detail people mix up most often, so here are both side by side. Delivery to an address runs in blocks. Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, 3:00 to 7:00 PM or 7:00 to 11:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 12:00 to 2:00 PM or 3:00 to 7:00 PM, and Sunday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Pickup at the shop runs in short turns while it is open. Monday to Friday there are one-hour turns from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 to 4:00 PM, plus a last turn from 4:00 to 4:45 PM. There is no turn between 12:00 and 1:00 PM. Saturday pickup starts at 9:00 AM and the last turn ends at 12:30 PM. There is no pickup on Sunday because the shop is closed, even though we do deliver that day. Pickup is free, we let you know when your order is ready, and whoever collects it shows a photo ID matching the name on the order.
Do you deliver at night, and what are the night and rush fees?
Yes. Monday to Friday we deliver from 7:00 to 11:00 PM, and you choose that window yourself at checkout like any other. It adds $30 to your zone delivery rate and appears on your order as Night Exception, so you see the charge before you pay. The same $30 applies to the Saturday 3:00 to 7:00 PM window and to Sunday delivery.
The night window is a normal window and can be booked the same day until 5:00 PM. After 5:00 PM, same-day delivery is a rush arranged by message, for a $55 fee plus your zone rate. The $55 already includes the night window, so the $30 is not added on top.
Are preserved roses real roses?
Yes. They are real roses cut at peak bloom in Ecuador and treated with a plant based glycerin solution that replaces the sap, which is why the petals stay soft. They arrive in our Doral studio already preserved, and here we check every head and build the box or dome. They are not dried and not silk.
How long do preserved roses last compared with fresh roses?
Preserved roses last one to three years indoors. Fresh roses last about seven to ten days. In Miami, humidity is what shortens a preserved rose, so keep it inside and out of the bathroom. Here is how long forever roses and fresh roses each last, and what each costs.
Are preserved roses worth it?
For a keepsake, yes. An $85 glass dome kept for two years costs about 12 cents a day. For tonight’s dinner, fresh roses are the better gift, and the two can go together in one delivery.
Should I choose silk flowers instead of fresh or preserved?
Only for decor that never gets replaced, like a lobby or an office. Silk lasts, but it is fabric, it has no scent, and it reads as artificial up close. For a gift, choose fresh or preserved. Silk arrangements do ship nationwide, 3 to 5 business days for $40, the same as preserved roses.
How much is flower delivery?
Delivery is charged by zone and shown before you pay. It is $35 in Doral, $50 in Miami, Coral Gables, Hialeah and Kendall, $60 in Downtown, Brickell, Wynwood, Miami Beach, Sunny Isles, Aventura, North Miami Beach, Homestead and Broward County, and $180 in Palm Beach County, Key Largo and Islamorada. Sales tax applies to the arrangement, not to the delivery fee.
Three delivery windows add a single $30 to that rate, the weekday 7:00 to 11:00 PM window, Saturday 3:00 to 7:00 PM and Sunday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. An order has one window, so that $30 is never charged twice. Pickup is free. Nationwide shipping is $40 for both the FedEx overnight bouquet and the 3 to 5 day parcel. Same-day requests that do not fit an open window are arranged by message and carry a $55 rush fee plus the zone rate, with the evening window already included.
What happens if I do not answer the approval photo?
We wait 15 minutes. If we do not hear back, we take the arrangement as approved and send it out so your delivery window holds. If you want a change after that, call us right away at (305) 562-4900, because once the order has gone out it cannot be changed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
It depends on where your order is. Before your arrangement is prepared, you can change or cancel it, so call, text or WhatsApp (305) 562-4900 as soon as possible. Once it is made, you receive the approval photo and can ask for adjustments, which we review with you before it goes out, and a change of size or price is quoted before we make it. Once the order has gone out it cannot be changed or cancelled, and all sales are final.
What if my nationwide parcel arrives damaged?
Send us photographs of both the packaging and the arrangement within 24 hours of delivery, with your order number. We review your report together with the carrier’s information and either replace the order or refund it.
Can I bring my own vase or container for my arrangement?
Yes. Bring it in and our designers will build inside it. It carries a custom design fee, same as any made-to-order piece, so call ahead if it’s a large vase so we can tell you what to expect.
Can you fill my own balloons with helium?
Yes. Think of it like refilling your own tank. You bring balloons you already bought, from your school, your team, a party store, anywhere, and we fill them with helium from our industrial tank while you wait, priced by size from $7 for a 12″ balloon to $30 for a 30″ to 40″ one, plus a $5 weight if you need it. It is inflation only, nothing is added to the balloon. Because we cannot know how old a balloon is or how it was stored, we are not responsible if it arrives defective, loses air early or pops, and the filling fee is not refunded once it is inflated. See our balloon filling page.
Can I add an item that isn't in your catalog to my order?
Yes. Tell us what you need, and we order it, have it shipped to our studio and build it into your delivery, with one payment to us instead of a separate purchase. We add 10% to the item’s cost for handling the purchase. If you don’t know where to buy it, we look for it, and if the exact one isn’t available we show you the closest option before buying. Before we confirm, we check that it can reach us in time for your date. It’s popular with senders calling from another state or from outside the country. You can also ship the item to us yourself if you’d rather.
Do you make personalized balloons and print cards or photos?
Yes, both at the boutique. Cards and photos are printed in house for $10, from your own design or from something simple we put together with your words. A 24″ bubble balloon with a short name in vinyl is $40, made at the studio while you wait or ready later the same day. It is a walk-in service, so it is picked up at the boutique and does not go out with deliveries, and the vinyl is for a short name only, not logos. See our personalized balloons & card printing page.
Can you add a printed photo to my flowers?
Yes. Send us the photo and we print it at our studio for $10 and place it in your arrangement, so it goes out with the delivery or is ready when you pick up. For the same $10 we also print your card from your own design.
Is there somewhere to wait if I come in person?
Yes. The boutique has seating, air conditioning, coffee, water and tea, phone charging, and a microwave if you need to warm a bottle.
What's the fastest way to reach you outside business hours?
Text or WhatsApp (305) 562-4900. Someone is reachable that way close to around the clock, even when the boutique itself is closed.
Do you only design flowers, or can you also handle setup for an event?
Design is the base of everything we do, but the team also picks up items, handles on-site setup, and coordinates small events start to finish.
What is the difference between the $40 name balloon, the $99 decorated balloon and filling my own?
They are three different things. Filling your own is inflation only, from $7 per balloon, for balloons you bring in. The $40 balloon is a 24″ bubble we make at the boutique with a short name in vinyl, picked up in store. The Personalized 24″ Helium Decorated Balloon at $99 is the decorated piece from our shop, a 24″ bubble filled with small 5″ balloons in your colors, with a weight and a handmade tissue paper tassel, and it can go out with your delivery on its own or with flowers.
Do you sell mylar balloons?
Yes. Our foil balloons, the shiny mylar kind, start at $10 each depending on size, and they are sold one at a time, so you add exactly the number you want. We always have plenty of hearts, stars, letters, numbers and Happy Birthday designs, and we send you photos of what is available. A dozen standard hearts is $100. Add them to a birthday or anniversary arrangement, or send the balloons on their own. We deliver balloons without flowers anywhere in our local delivery area, from Miami-Dade to Palm Beach, at the regular delivery rate for each zone. They do not go out with nationwide shipping.
