If you wanted a tailored suit, a christening gown, and a wedding dress, you would not expect the same person to make all three well.

Most flower shops are the same. One is good at funerals. Another only really does weddings. A third does corsages every prom season and nothing else the rest of the year.

We get asked, sometimes in the same week, sometimes the same day, for a sympathy piece for a funeral home delivery, a corsage and boutonniere set for a homecoming, a box of preserved roses that has to last past the relationship it’s celebrating, a full setup for a small backyard wedding, and the birthday arrangement that still has to reach a door across Miami the same day. Five different disciplines, five different corners of the business, one studio.

That’s not one florist stretched thin across everything. That’s five specialties that happen to share one address.
