Corporate Flowers in Miami For the reception desk every Monday, the client list in December, and the event that cannot run late

Your client opens the box and sees your name before ours. A visitor judges the company by the first thing on the counter. Every piece is designed in our Doral studio and delivered by our own drivers, so nothing that carries your brand is left to a courier.

Same day across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach · Order by 5:00 PM Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM Saturday

Three ways companies work with us

A gift, a standing order, or a whole event

Client and employee gifts

One arrangement for the client who just signed, or the whole list for the holidays. Your card goes in, printed exactly as you send it, and you see each piece before it leaves the studio.

  • Divine Bags from $50 per bag, for 20 or more
  • One venue or door to door, with our own drivers
  • Year-end lists book in September and October

Offices, lobbies and restaurants

The same day and the same window every week. We bring the new arrangement in its vase and take the previous one, so nobody at the front desk ever washes a vase.

  • Weekly plans from $80 to $450
  • In place before your doors open
  • Orchids for reception desks, seasonal flowers for tables

Corporate events

Galas, launches, conferences and brand activations, with florals matched to your brand colors rather than to the season, delivered to venues that ask for names, plates and a loading dock time.

  • Vendor onboarding: W-9, insurance, code of conduct
  • One invoice per event or per sponsor
  • Design, delivery and installation, one team

Lobbies, desks and tables we dress

A lobby we changed every week, a desk on Valentine's Day, a boardroom before a meeting, a restaurant room before the first guest.

Six orders, four venues, three days

The events team sent the brief on January 28, 2026, for its brand partners T-Mobile and Celsius. It changed four times after our first estimate. On February 17, 18 and 19 every piece arrived on time, from the Four Seasons in Brickell to the loading dock at Kaseya Center.

What a company needs from a florist

The details your client never sees

Your card, not ours

We print the text you send, untouched, in any language. Nothing on the piece says who made it unless you ask.

A photo before it leaves

Every piece is photographed when it is finished, and nothing goes out until you approve it.

Our drivers, not an app

Employees in uniform, in our own vans. They wait for the recipient, and they ask you before leaving anything at a door.

Paperwork done

W-9, certificate of insurance and vendor forms, ready for your procurement team before the first order.

Invoices that make sense

One invoice per event or per sponsor, so each budget can be approved on its own.

What our corporate clients say

★★★★★

Most recently, they created individual floral keepsakes for donors at a nonprofit event I hosted, and every single arrangement was beautiful and thoughtfully detailed.

I had the pleasure of working with MYDIVINE DECORS for custom arrangements for my company's private event during Art Basel last year. Jessica captured my vision so swiftly it was as if she was reading my mind!

I always use My Divine Decors. Amazing and creative floral arrangements, enormous variety of options, and always available to meet my timelines.

    Questions about corporate flowers

Do you deliver flowers to offices and businesses in Miami?

Yes. We deliver to offices, hotels, restaurants and showrooms across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, the same day for orders placed by 5:00 PM Monday to Friday or 1:00 PM on Saturday, or on the date you schedule.

Orchids are what our corporate clients choose most for reception desks and lobbies. A potted phalaenopsis keeps its blooms for weeks with very little care and has almost no scent, so it suits a shared space. For a weekly change, we design seasonal fresh flowers in a vase that we exchange at every visit.

We deliver a fresh arrangement on the same day and in the same window every week, and take the previous one with its vase. Plans run from $80 to $450 per week, with a 90-day minimum and 30 days’ notice to cancel. For several locations, we build one plan for all of them. Tell us the spaces and the day in the form above and we send you the plan.

Yes. For a restaurant, hotel or office with a fixed opening time, we schedule the delivery so the arrangement is in place before that time, and we keep the same day and window every week.

Yes. Our Divine Bags start at $50 per bag for orders of 20 or more, with your company’s card and our own delivery team, to one venue or door to door. Year-end lists that reach us in September or October get the best delivery days. See how corporate gifting works.

Yours. If your company has its own card, that is the card that goes in, printed exactly from the text you send. We do not add our own note, and you see a photo of each piece before it leaves our studio.

Yes. Galas, conferences, product launches, store openings and brand activations, matched to your brand colors. We complete vendor onboarding, including W-9, certificate of insurance and code of conduct, and we can bill one invoice per event or per sponsor.

Yes. For TelevisaUnivision’s Premio Lo Nuestro week in 2026 we delivered six orders to four Miami venues in three days, including an arena that required crew names, vehicles and loading dock times in advance. Read the case study.

Yes. On Saturday our windows are 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 12:00 to 2:00 PM, plus 3:00 to 7:00 PM with $30 added. On Sunday we deliver from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM with $30 added, for orders placed by 1:00 PM on Saturday.
