For a hospital room we send foil balloons only, never latex, and if the baby is in the NICU we deliver it home so it is waiting when they arrive. You get a photo of your arrangement before it leaves the studio.

Yes. Order by 5:00 PM Monday to Friday, or by 1:00 PM on Saturday, and we deliver the same day to hospitals and homes across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. Every delivery is made by our own drivers, never handed to a courier network.

What do you need to deliver to a hospital?

The mother’s full name, the hospital, the room number if you have it, and the phone number of someone who is there. Every hospital has its own rule. Some receive gifts at the front desk and take them up, and others don’t let anyone go up, so someone comes down to the lobby. Our driver handles either case and calls that number when needed, so the gift reaches the mother.

What if the baby is in the NICU?

We handle it with care. Intensive care units have their own rules about what goes into the room, but they have lounges for parents, and when you order we coordinate with the hospital or with the person receiving it so the gift arrives where it’s welcome. Tell us in the order notes and we work it out with you.

Can the balloon say "Welcome baby" and the baby's name?

Yes, and it’s made the same day and goes out with the delivery. We write it in white, gold, silver or black lettering. You can send it on its own, like our Personalized Balloon Bouquet at $140, or add it to flowers and a teddy bear in the same delivery. If the family hasn’t shared the name yet, “Welcome baby” works on its own.

Can you combine flowers, a teddy bear and balloons in one delivery?

Yes. Many of our new baby boxes already bring the three together, and to any arrangement you can add a teddy bear, balloons, chocolates or a box of macarons. Everything arrives together in one delivery.

Do you have arrangements for a boy, a girl, or when they haven't announced it?

Yes. Blue tones for a boy, blush and pink for a girl, and whites, creams and soft greens when the family prefers not to say or you don’t know yet. If you like a design in another color, we make it in the tones you choose.

How much does a new baby arrangement cost?

Our new baby collection runs from $75 for a mini box to $600 for the floral baby bassinet, and half of it is $250 or less. Delivery is added at checkout, $35 to $60 in Miami-Dade and $60 in Broward. If you have a budget in mind, tell us and we design around it.

Can I pick it up and take it to the hospital myself?

Yes. Pickup at our shop in Doral is free. Order by 4:00 PM Monday to Friday for same-day pickup. Pickup runs Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Can I send a new baby gift to another state?

Yes. Preserved roses and gift boxes ship to any state in 3 to 5 business days for $40. A wrapped fresh bouquet can also go by FedEx Priority Overnight for $40, shipping Tuesday to Friday with a 12:00 PM cutoff. Balloons, vases and hat boxes stay local because they can’t travel without losing their shape.

What flowers do you give for a new baby?

Soft flowers with little scent, in pastel or neutral tones, such as hydrangea, roses, lisianthus, ranunculus and baby’s breath. We arrange them in a compact box that fits on a hospital table and travels home in one arm.

What are the best flowers for someone who just gave birth?

Flowers that ask nothing of her. No strong scent, no vase to fill and no stems to trim. A box arrangement in hydrangea, roses and lisianthus, with a teddy bear or a box of macarons, makes the gift as much for the mother as for the baby.
